While the combined team from the foundation and the Sargeantville church, await permission to claim books at a tax exemption members also need to resolve issues with Dennis Shipping after being told that the recipients must assume a shipping cost of $15,500 plus for actual shipping that was first understood to have been free. There is need also to make the location ready for opening and stacking the books accordingly.

The team members seek funds to acquire a stamp or stickers to label books
The team members have a carpenter willing to build the shelves at a nominal charge, so we seek funds
The team members seek funds to clear the books
The team members seek funds for refreshments
